Sheila Rice

Sheila Rice retired as the Executive Director of NeighborWorks Great Falls in February 2018, after 15 years. During that time, she also served as Executive Director of NeighborWorks Montana, a statewide housing network from 2003 to 2016. She has received a number of state and national awards from USDA Rural Development, NeighborWorks America, and HUD in recognition of her work. After retirement, she took a 15-month interim position as Chief Operating Officer at NeighborWorks America in Washington DC, retiring again in January 2020. She is one of the founders of the Montana Housing Coalition and serves on the Boards of Directors of Trust Montana, the Montana Budget and Policy Center, and the Great Falls Rotary Foundation.
